There can't be an 1845-CC dollar. 1845 Liberty Seated dollars were only made in Philadelphia so none of them would have a mint mark, and the Carson City mint opened in 1870 and closed in 1893.

The market has been flooded with fake "dollars" over the last 20 years or so, and some of them are very badly done with impossible dates and mint marks. If your coin has an 1845 date and a CC mint mark, it could very easily be one of those fakes.
