The CSA only existed during the Civil War from 1861 to 1865 so there can't be an 1854 Confederate bill.

In any case the vast majority of "Confederate" bills on the market are replicas. If yours is in unexpectedly good condition you may have one of those, but a currency expert would have to examine it in person to be sure.
