Even though they almost never turn up in change anymore, 1974 $10 bills are easy to find among dealers and collectors. As of 01/2010 a nice uncirculated one retails for $17 to $20.

Despite its age, a circulated 1974 U.S. $5 bill is only worth five dollars. A nice uncirculated one might retail for $7 to $8 or so.

A nice, crisp uncirculated note has a value of about $15, IF you can find a buyer.
Despite its age, 1974 $20 bills are common among collectors and have no extra value unless they're uncirculated. Even then, as of 01/2011 a nice crisp uncirculated one wouldn't bring more than an extra couple of dollars at retail.
