The value of an 1889 silver dollar, specifically the Morgan silver dollar, can vary significantly based on its condition and mint mark. As of 2023, typical market values range from around $25 for coins in lower grades to several hundred dollars for those in uncirculated or high-grade condition. Additionally, coins with specific mint marks, like the 1889-CC (Carson City), can demand even higher premiums due to their rarity. For an accurate appraisal, it's best to consult a reputable coin dealer or use current market price guides.
The serial number generally doesn't affect the value, unless it's unusually low (00000065), or maybe a star note (12345678*). What's more important is the series (year) and condition. Assuming it's a one dollar silver certificate, any of the series 1957, '57A, or '57B notes generally sell for around $3.
$10,000,000
It's a Eisenhower dollar not a liberty dollar, if it came from a bank or you got in change spend it.
Is there an A at the end of the serial number? If so then the note is common and worth about $125. If there is a star at the end of the serial number then the note is likely worth closer to $400.
no
If its a VR6 it is a 12 valve But vr6 isn' t a gti... the gti 3' series is 16v and the 4' series 20v
If it is uncirculated, it can be worth up to $40. If it is circulated, it's probably worth no more than $5. It will be worth more if there is a star after the serial number.

Plumb them in a series, the "out" from the 1st valve to the "in" of the second valve then the "out" from the second valve to return.
the valve on intake port side and exhause valve on exhaust manifold side.
Not sure what you mean by the letter (e), but a 1959 Franklin Half dollar in decent condition is worth about $10 to $13
