Im not a genius and im not 100% sure but i believe that Colonial America was based on trade for crops and supplies. Therefore the people helping trade needed help themselves from Slaves doing the work for them so that their main economy could work out. In a much simpler way for yall to understand completely is the Slaves did the hard work for the people with crops. The slaves impact was helping the main economy work by growing the crops and materials for the traders! hope this helped yall! If not i guess im an idiot.....
