there woudbe no James town and possibly the us would have either never been formed or the us might not have formed until way later and it would be different. also the thirteen colonies might not have been formed.

Roanoke: 1585 but it failed
The Jamestown colonists focused on mining for gold at the beginning of the colony’s time. They neglected farming, and when they did farm, they were not very successful. They ran out food the first winter at Jamestown, and struggled for a few years after that.
They were worked to death and were beat to death.
Jamestown was founded later, was settled in a very different sort of location by a group of only men and actually survived.

Virginia. That's where Jamestown was. However, the failed Roanoke, which came before Jamestown, was in North Carolina.
It would undoubtedly crash. As would any modern aircraft.
It failed partly because of the "starving time."
