There is no way to predict the actual delivery time of a UPS package unless some arrangement has been made ahead of time. The arrival time of a UPS vehicle depends on the route it is assigned, traffic conditions, number and type of deliveries to be made prior to the expected delivery and how much time each actual delivery takes. Some deliveries are simply dropped off, others require contact with a person and possibly getting a signature which can take longer

It only comes to your street if it has deliveries for it. Most UPS routes are dailies, Monday through Friday.
I think they do. It doesn't really make a difference about the weather.
Generally between 8 AM and 5 PM. UPS uses some fairly sophisticated routing algorithms to determine the best route for their delivery drivers to take, but for any given address you can USUALLY figure that deliveries will happen at about the same time every day. If you've gotten UPS deliveries at 2 PM before, then that's a pretty good estimate for when the next one you receive will come.
According to the schedule on the UPS website: No Ground pickups or deliveries on December 31 (New Years Eve).
Other than time-definite air deliveries, shipments are generally delivered anytime between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. (and sometimes later) to residences, and by close of business for commercial addresses. UPS cannot schedule a specific delivery time within that window.
UPS is an international American delivery service and it ships to almost every country worldwide. UPS used to ship packages overseas to Libya, however, as of March 2011 it has currently suspended deliveries to Libya.
Where I live, they just leave the packages at the door unless it is something special that requires a signature- you couldn't tip them if you wanted to. I have never thought about tipping UPS. Maybe it is different if you are at in a business and get deliveries regularly from the same driver.
No. The UPS Store does not deal with deliveries. It is just a retail store. You can ship things FROM it, but unless specified (by package only customer, or you have a mailbox at the store), packages will NOT go to the store. You should go to your UPS Terminal/Warehouse for the package. Usually, UPS drivers will try to deliver your packages 3 times before it is sent back to the sender.
UPS works hard to make deliveries in all weather conditions, including snow storms. However, severe weather may lead to delays or disruptions in service. It's always a good idea to check for any service alerts or updates on the UPS website if you're expecting a delivery during a snow storm.
UPS uses a variety of different technologies to keep their deliveries running smoothly. They have vehicles that run on propane, electric, and compressed natural gas. Preventive maintenance inspections are performed at all facilities to catch a problem before it becomes a major issue.
