The mint mark on all Washington quarters dated 1968-present is just to the right of the ribbon in Washington's wig (though Philadelphia didn't use a mark until 1980).
George Washington is portrayed on the head side of the US quarter.For any quarter from 1932 to present, it would be George Washington -- for any quarter older than that, it would be an artist's depiction of (a fictional) Miss Liberty.George Washington { our first president }
It would be located on the right of the quarter on the observe nest to the ponytail.
How much would the current value be for a George Washington Bicentennial1776-1976
It would be located below the wreath on the back(tail) of the coin.
??? I seriously doubt that President (and General) Eisenhower would have ever worn a pig-tailed wig. The person on the quarter since 1932 has been George Washington.
Well, why would someone ask him for an ID? And considering that Washington's image wasn't put on the quarter until 133 years after he died it would be very difficult for him to have had a Washington quarter in his pocket :)

The Washington Memorial is located in Washington, D.C. It is located in, or perhaps "At" would be the better word, the National Mall, and is surrounded by the 50 state flags.
That would be the quarter. It has a picture of George Washington on the front.

There is no northwestern hemisphere, but the Bahamas are located in the northern hemisphere and they are located in the western hemisphere. (The northwestern "area" would be a quatersphere since it would a quarter of the Earth's surface.)

From 1968 on, only proof quarters carry an S mint mark. A proof quarter would look much like an ordinary circulation quarter, except that it would have a much shinier and lustrous surface plus of course an S next to the bow in Washington's wig.
It would be an unbelievably priceless error coin because Thomas Jefferson's picture is on all nickels minted since 1938. Washington is on the quarter.
