That it had to happen so that everybody in the country was free.
we had the civil war because south America had slavery, the north did not. the south eventually lost the war, and they were so upset, they made their own country, which was called the confederacy. we just call it south America nowadays. hope you liked this answer.
A civil war is by definition a war within a country, so it is not "against" another country. The American Civil War was fought between the "Northern" (Union) and the "Southern" (Confederate) States.Northern and Southern are general terms - and there were some States where support was split, though there was usually an official position of the government of the State.
A rebel was a confederate so a rebel just was a southern man in the civil war,
In the Civil War, Americans collectively repudiated slavery, and were willing to fight very hard to preserve their country from being torn apart by secession, so it was a form of redemption and a demonstration of patriotism. America also fought very hard in WWI, and WW II, and the Cold War, and in the current war on terror, so the Civil War would not still be the dominant symbol of American patriotism, but it remains important.
Civil War means when a country separates and goes against each other in war and that has happened to almost every country so you must specify which Civil War.
You can't invade a civil war, civil means it's within the country. So it was the country's government vs. rebels.
Great Britain was the mother country, so it was considered a civil war because the Americans were fighting their own mother country. The civil war within that was between the loyalists and the patriots.
That it had to happen so that everybody in the country was free.
You will have to be more specific, Africa is a continent with 53 countries, so what country's civil war are you referring to?
Many People (Friends) disagreed about their opinion on the Civil war, so many relationships were ruined because of the disagreements.
The use of tanks and aircrafts made World War 1 so destructive. Another reason was because there were so many countries involved.
There are very alike for instance the confederates during the civil war were called rebels, but the main difference is a civil is when the country is split apart, like when a part of the main country breaks away. A revolution is when a coloney or a territory, not part of the main country, wants to govern themselves so they rebel against their oppressors. They are very similar
A word that starts with d in the war is Dock or Danger because the civil war is dangerouse and didnt we have war on ships and boats and we needed to get to the land and claim our land or name our country so that my answer
Because this war was not a "civil war." A civil war is a war where 2 factions fight over and for control of 1 government or country. Atrocities always occur with these civil wars. The War Between the States was more of a revolution, where the South wanted it's own country. Very few documented attrocities occured, so vengance with violence didn't play that much a part in reconstruction.
Actually it depends on whether you are talking about a specific civil war or if you are just talking about a civil war in general. Americans refer to the American Civil War as the Civil War so in that case yes it is a proper noun but, like I said it depends
Yes, because the civil war was well after the revalutionary war. So then America was already a free country which ment the patriots had won and now everyone was neither a patriot nor a loyalists.
