Where can you ask a vet questions online for free?

There are alot of sites you can go to for online pet advice from a live vet, But most of these sites cost money to register, or for each question you ask. www.televets.com does not cost money for either one. You just sign up, ask submit your question to a live vet, and they will send your answer to your e-mail for free.

I tried this site and couldnt open it, there is a problem with this site.

You can try sources such as VetHelpDirect and the PDSA charity. Maybe even VetLive.

Personally I would not recommend using an online vet. An online diagnosis of any medical issue, whether human or animal, is never 100% accurate. In order to give an official diagnosis, a vet needs to be present to physically examine the animal. Images, video recording and text is not great for diagnosing, because the vet cannot feel the insides of the animal or hear the animal clearly or watch how it behaves.

Online vets are not reliable and most will charge you for their unreliable service. Many vets actually advise that you never use online vet or diagnosing tools, because most of the time they are wrong and are just after your money. You will have to pay them for the diagnosis, but they cannot give you any medication. You will have to pay even more money to an actual physical vet to get the medicine. Instead of paying twice, you might as well just see an actual vet.

There is also no proof that the face on the other end of the computer screen is a qualified vet. It could just be a teenager with a book in front of them.

I don't believe there is a free veterinary consult service, so I would say you can't. Veterinary medicine, particularly when applied to a single animal, has to be done in person - there is too much information that a veterinarian gains from a physical examination that simply can't be determined by an owner.
