you go to the league and beat it 50 times in a row and go out and Norman will be there and if you speek he will give you 1 rare candy but if you go to battle frotere you can talk to every one and for each person you talk to you get a rare candy/ regirock

you attach your rare candies to 5 of your Pokemon then next desposit the Pokemon with rare candies in box #1 and switch the boxes when it says don't turn off your game boy turn it off and youll have your Pokemon inside your poke bag with the rare candie and the poke mon witht he rare candies in bill's p.c.. you take the rare canies off the poke in your poke pag then put then in the box take your other Pokemon with rare candiesa out and then you save and restart the whole thing.

note this alot duplicates your Pokemon if you havent noticed yet.
