About how many months would it take to get to 99 mining from 85 only mining runite ore?
trust me it would take ages if u want to quick level just do iron to 99 and drop when ur full
Another reply: Mining Runite Ore is exceedingly slow. It takes 15-30 minutes to respawn, there are only 2 runite rocks (for free players - members have more), and there is lots of competition. After perhaps 2-3 hours of world-hopping, you will get what I consider a full inventory - some 20 pieces of Runite Ore. After all, you have to keep some pieces of food, in case you get surprised by one of those bloodthirsty Revenants. So, after 2-3 hours (or more, depending on the hour of the day - because of the competition) you will have ore for a value of about a quarter million coins, but almost no mining experience. That's why I agree with the suggestion to train with iron, if it is experience you want.
