After being captured by Colonel Autumn in Vault 87 on Fallout 3 how are you supposed to get your companion back?
I was worried about the same thing "That Bastard! He killed my companion! And my Dog!" However, Colonel Autumn and the rest of the Enclave didn't even touch them. Wherever you got your companion at, after being captured they go back to that place. I know for a fact that this works for Charron, the ghoul in underworld, he's waiting back in Azzrakahl's bar. As for your dog, he's waiting at Vault 101 for you to come and pick him up. As for the other capable companions they must be waiting for you in other places.
