u need to make a created PPV, not exibition, pick a match between only 2 competiters (manigers and interfarecne is ok) start playing it. Once it comes time to play the match, u will have the option to put a title on the line. (as long as the people are in a leagle weight class) u need to mem cards to play against a friend for a title, then u could both could put one on the line (not sure if it would unify into one, or just be winner takes both belts) you put it on the line in a created ppv
