I can told you just this.

P.S:If you found Perfect Traction,better don't use it cause when you drive a car and steering,it will turn too fast and your car will damage(Cause it pick up and down) and even you cannot do a INSANE STUNT!

P.S.S:you can fixed your car (Not motorcycle) by used Health cheat that told you.
