No.
Yes, if you go on the exchange and download some skins then they should be on your game:)
If you want a pet, get the sims unleashed. you can get new pet skins so i would say yes, you can
To add skins in The Sims 1, you need to download skin files (usually in .skn format) from a website or community that offers custom content. Once you have the skin files, place them in the "Skins" folder of your Sims installation directory (typically found in the "The Sims" folder under "Game Data"). After adding the skins, launch the game, and the new skins should appear in the character creation options. Remember to back up your original files before making any changes!
Yes if you have the game and the registartion info that came in it
your computer must be messed up
Mod the sims. Search it, find it, click "skins" to get the download catalouge. You should have your disk in. Click on upload. Click on "sim". Then go from there. Mod The Sims.
Thru different custom sims websites. One is Modthesims.com. But what i do is just download sims from the sims 3 exchange. Look for a sim that has clothes, hair, and eyes that are not in the game by clicking on one and viewing the outfits and stuff. Then if you download that sims to your game, you might get lucky and get free custom content! I works, I have alot of skins in my game and I got all of them free from the exchange. Happy Simming :)
The only way a sims can change its muscularity in any sims 2 game is if you download skins from custom content sites like ,mod the sims or the sims resource. this is only possible in sims 3 hope i helped
You can only choose the skin you want when you make your sim. After that, you can't change it.

Unfourtunatley there is no such thing as Sims Online because The Sims requires a download and in order to download it you'd have to purchase it from a store because it also requires a CD & a bar code.
