in the Grassland terrain, you train for running right?

yeah.

so on the first part of the training, all you have to do is start it, drop into the hole, switch to another tab, and wait.

come back occasionally to check on the distance your duck has run.

but if you just end this part of training without moving on and completing the whole thing, you will not keep the level you achieved during that stage.

so you have to complete all three stages of the training in order to keep your score.

and it only works on the Grassland terrain (as far as I know)

in the Mountain terrain, there are also three stages in training.

on the second stage, the one where you have to follow your trainer's path and avoid obstacles, just start it and go to another tab and wait.

but this only works for a short period of time.

so don't be surprised if you go back to the tab and it's already finished.
