[Ahem]. This matter has been talked about many time and there are probably many questions like this on this site. The thing is that emulators are programs made with a copied code from the actual system or from scratch with similar codes. As far as I know, they are legal as long as you don't sell them, buy them, or screw up the actual sysytems (like a N64(c) emulator on Xbox360(c)).
Technically, both are legal.
Yes, it is legal to use NES emulators as long as you own the original game cartridges or have obtained the ROMs legally.
Videe game emulators are 100% legal as long as you own the game's hard copy. So if you own Megaman 7 hard copy, it's legal to have the ROM.
If the game you're playing is copyrighted, it's illegal. None of them are, sorry.
Emulators are legal and roms are illegal. The only way you can have a ROM legally is if you have the game already, someone else who has the original copy gives you one as a gift, or get a noncommercial ROM. I hope I helped.
You can not download legal video game roms.
you always have emulators, but that is it.
No, emulators are not dangerous. Emulators just help you to play games on your computer. They don't do any harm to your computer at all.
type it into google
yes. It's legal
Yes they are legal, as long as you are not spending, or getting $$ from themor using them for other things
It is possible to use a PlayStation 2 emulator to play PS2 games on your computer. It is only legal to do if you own an original copy of the game.
