At what level do druids learn to shapeshift in World of Warcraft?

There is only one quest that you have to do as a druid that is required to get a form. That is the bear form quest at level ten. All the other forms are now just trainable. However you can still do the quests if you really want to.

Druids are playable only by Night Elves and Tauren, however, this is going to change when the new expansion, Cataclysm,is released. The following is a list of level - shapeshift, correct to Patch 3.2.2.

• Level:
• 10 - Bear Form
• 16 - Aquatic Travel Form, Travel Form
• 20 - Cat Form
• 40 - Dire Bear Form, Moonkin Form (Balance Only)
• 50 - Tree Of Life (Restoration Only)
• 60 - Flight Form
• 70 - Swift Flight Form

No but at level 70 you can get a flying mount polymorph and an epic flying mount polymorph which looks like an eagle and that is the closest you can get to a dragon
