To catch regigas you need Pokemon sapphire,ruby or emerald. Catch all the regis (regirock,regiice and registeel) in any of those games. Now you have to be at the pal park save your game and turn off your ds. Insert the gameboy game with all your regis in the gameboy slot. Turn on diamond/pearl wait at the menu screen and a new option will be there saying "Migrate from ruby(example)" Choose that pick all your regis and catch them in the pal park. Put them in your party go to snowpoint tempel. Go down to the botom floor talk to reggigigas and battle him.
use wailord lv. 44 use water pulse until regis health is in red then start using ultra balls heal with hyper potions when needed works with all regis
