there may be slight problems depending on what you are going to use with it, it varies.
1. The main problem with 2 people going on is that they use the same CD key as the first one, this can be resolved by buying another CD Key, Though installing and updating will be a hassle.
2. Another common problem is the type of computer, Vista (and I don't know about 7 or Apple) will not run NWN.
If you want to just use the single player function, you can use the same CD Key though you can't do this online (Its more fun online).
