For one, the battery won't actually fit, there are some plastic tabs on both the battery and the battery case to stop a slim battery being placed into a phat - you could cut the tabs away, but then the battery would slip free, the case would not hold it in place.Besides, it has a slightly lower amperage, and the phat would not switch on, it's not strong enough.
