Dude'z! Have no cheat for helicopters,& we can't take aero planes in vice city..and one thing vice city have a military helicopter in military campus that near in airport(back side)..that helicopter look like airplane & it have unlimited rocket bombs,and guns....TIME TO BLAST...LET'Z GO

yes you can there is a small red plane in the airport or there is a seaplane at the small dock up behind the old bikers bar

You can fly only one plane in the game.That plane is the sea plane.You can find that behind the Film Studio on prawn island.

You can fly the sea plane after you buy the film studio and pass the mission dildo dodo. And you can fly the Remote Control plane.
