Yes you can. and the babies do end up coming adults as they have birthdays.

I'm not sure tho coz it's just what i saw on a YouTube video..

yes, it works like in the sims 2. only you have to get your sims "in the mood" keep using romantic ineractions and a "try for baby" option will show up. if it works there will be a chime and the next day she'll have a baby bump that grows bigger over two days and on the third she has the baby

For Wii:

Yes. You just move one Sim to a double bed and click Relax. Then, (On the + Button, push down and then click the other adult Sim you want him/her to have sex with) move the other Sim to the other side of the double bed and click Relax. Now, with that Sim or the other (it doesn't matter) click on the other Sim in the bed and then click Try for baby. It might take a few tries, but yes, they will have a kid.

For:X box well you can make them have sex other words woo hoo or try for baby first u have to make them both relax on a bed then click one sim to start and can take a long time or on the first try

Yes if you have the fertility treatment life time reward and/or are family oriented I have many family's like that and i had about three babys

No they can't, but on modthesims3.com, there is a something that you can download so that teens can woohoo, get pregnant and get married.

I think it's a cheat for a teenager to have a baby but I know for sure eledrly's can't
