Nintendo themselves haven't made any M-rated game, to keep with their family friendly rating. But, that hasn't stopped them from approving M-rated games on their consoles, for example
- Conker's Bad Fur Day (Released on Nintendo 64)
- GTA: Chinatown War (Released on Nintendo DS)
