You can acquire a bullet-proof Patriot by finishing the mission chain for Ray Machowski. Once you've completed the mission "Marked Man", he will page you and instruct you to go to his lockup. The lockup has a few weapons and the Patriot. Drive it to one of your safe houses and put it in the garage.

There are a few other ways to acquire a bulletproof vehicle. Most of them involve flipping another car during a mission (for example, the cars you race against in "Turismo"). Not necisarily, if you want a really cool, armoured car get a 5 star rating and run from the black cars as fast as you can, sooner or later a blue cheetah with flashing lights in the windowand headlights will apear behind you chasing you, get out and equip a machiene gun fast shoot the guys in the car. take it get to a garage and save, repeat as many times as you want, also you can get the rhino, the only way is 6 star rating... Note: dont get blown up in it, it is not indistructable to rocketlaunchers, or grenades or anything that blows up.

also, there is a striped boss taxi u have to destroy in one of the missions, before it is about to blow up, get in and do the repair cheat fast, drive it to your garage and BAM a bullet proof taxi!

yes but only in some missions. you can get a bulletproof savanna by steeling cesars car after high stakes low rider and you can get a bulletproof tahoma after the house party mission. you have to push the car because the doors are locked but once you push it into a garage the doors unlock and you have a bulletproof car!
