Yes, I think you can make like 3 at a time. I have made over 20 learning all about WoW, before I started to actually play. When it tells you that you can't, just change your IP address and start up again. If you need help with that just try unplugging your modem for 30 seconds, if that doesn't work try it overnight or something. They can't possibly track you if you change the IP address and delete any 'cookies' from your computer.
