I don't know which version are you using. But in the latest version, you can just delete a page from PDF as below: press Page Thumbnails button on the left > select the page you want to delete > click Delete button on the right ( you can find it under the Tools -> Pages command) > press OK button to delete it.

I had this problem too! Go to your account settings, scroll down. Look for "Delete account" or something like that on the bottom right. It will ask you if you are sure you want to delete it. Click "yes" and you are done! Hope this helped! Took me forever to figure it out!
