Can you get Deoxys using action replay?

I have the code. I will tell the requirements of using it first.

First start by walking to the front o the Oreburgh museum, but not in. Next press and hold L+R to start the activation. walk into the museum and talk to the professor guy. he will tell you that you waited too long, and here is your Deoxys! There you go! (Here is code for a Deoxys)

Ok, you need 1 inventory space. Store 3 Deoxys except for 1. Go to Veilstone and go South-East until you find craters with rocks in them. put Deoxys in the front of the party, and hit A in front of a meteor. Your Deoxys will evolve into a certain form, depending on the rock it is at. store that Deoxys, and repeat the process with the 3 other Deoxys at different rocks. you will get the Defencive form, attack form, and the speed form. if there is a 4th meteorite, I think it turns the forms of Deoxys back to normal, or there is another form to be taken on. On the 4th generation games, Action Replay can make it so every wild Pokemon encounter is any Pokemon you wish - you can generate a Deoxys encounter this way if you want. However it will be easily recgonised as a 'fake' by anyone who knows what to look for.

On the 3rd gen games, Action Replay can trigger the Deoxys event, allowing a 'legit' Deoxys to be caught from it.
