No the Worst PS3 trade in value is the 120 GB model for $113 at Amazon.com. The 40 GB model is the worst fat PS3 and Amazon says they will give a $175 credit for trading a working one in excellent condition in and $200 for the 20 GB model. Even broken PS3s can go for $40 for parts and because they can be returned to Sony to be fixed.
If you buy it used or from a shady guy.

About 80 to 90 dollars
It depends upon whether you buy the PS3 new or not. A new PS3 costs 250 US dollars. A used PS3 can cost as low as 199 US dollars.
40 percent of 70 is 28.Therefore 40% of 70 dollars equals 28 dollars.
30% off of 40 dollars = 70% [left] of 40 dollars = 40*70/100 = 28 dollars
Any decent coin or bullion dealer will sell you common date Morgan dollars under $40. Granted, you aren't going to find any Carson City dollars in there or even gem uncirculated ones. But common date Morgan dollars in decent condition are usually sold for around $26-28 or so.
20% of 40 dollars is 8 dollars. 40*0.2=8
40% of 500 dollars = 500*40/100 = 200 dollars
I have never actually seen it for a "Buy it Now" under 10 dollars, but on eBay, the lowest buy it now would be around 40 dollars. Some bids on eBay have it under 10 dollars, maybe check there? :)
