There is no "back" armor in skyrim. However some armors will include a cape, such as the Nightingale armor.

There is also a mod on the skyrim nexus called "cloaks of Skyrim" that will allow your character to wear a cloak or cape.

Capes, as far as I can tell, are available only for the people who went to the 2011 Minecon, and if you donate for the Optifine Mod. Other then that, there is a mod that allows you to have a cape, though some people may think that you are hacking.

As far as I know, you can only obtain cape-like armor through certain sets like the Nightingale armor you can get in the Thieves Guild mission line with Karliah.
