When you started playing toontown, you met Flippy. In the playground in toontown centeral there is a building called toon hall. You talk to Flippy and do the tasks he gives you. Then, he asks you if you want to train toon-up or sound. sound is hard to get while toon up is non-member. if you are member, like me, you will be able to get gags such as drop,lure,sound, and trap.i have sound and lure and im trying to get trap. Trap is your third gag track choice. your forth is last because you can have maximum of 6 out of 7. to get trap you must go to HQ and they will give you a task to choose between trap and something. if you pick the other one, you still have one chance to get trap at your last gag choice. once you get it, HAVE FUN WITH IT!
On Toontown how do you get lure or drop Without Membership?
Sorry, but you simply cannot get anything besides Toon-Up or Sound, depending on which gag you chose, while you are a free to play toon. However, if you get membership, you can get all but one gag in toontown. You can only have a total amount of three gags in toontown without membership. With membership, you can only have a total of six gags out of the seven. :)
