Yes you actually can download the game Temple Run to your Kindle Fire, without having to even root your Kindle. First go to settings and turn on installation of unknown apps then head on over to 4shared.com. In file search type in Temple Run.apk and download any version you want. Yes, you can, but it is a little more complicated than getting some other apps.

First, you have to make sure that Settings > Device > Allow Installation of Applications is turned on OR (for HDX users) Settings > Applications > Apps from Unknown Sources should be on.

Then you have to download the installation file.

Then you have to go to downloads, and install it.

You can, but you have to sideload it. After you do, there is no way to back it up. When they do a major upgrade that you need to continue playing, it will delete your current village. You have to start all over each time, so you never make any real progress.
