Yes you can. Just have a male and female Sim kiss a few times and there will be an option to have a baby.

This is what you do you can make a child on create a family. Also what you do is click on shift control c and press down than a bar comes up, type in

boolprop testingcheatsenabled true exactly the way i typed it. click shift and press down than you will see different options press spawn then click tombstone of life and death click on it then click more then click new baby. If you have a person living with you, you can also click get preagnat with and then the sims name wil appear that you're living with. Then you play the game then the baby is born. Also if you don't want to wait press spped up pregnancy then the baby will come out faster.

Since you can have kids on the pc version the Sims 2 then of course you can have kids with the expansion pack Sims 2 fun with pets.

Sims 2 Fun with pets is just an expansion pack. It's not a seperate game. If you install it then it works with the original Sims 2.

Yes you can! I just got to this portion in the game! So far it seems like a normal Sims game in all aspects! Enjoy!!
