Currently, yes. Bots give XP just like Normal as long as you play vs Ai. This is even considered faster leveling than playing against people, but I discourage it. Bots are easy and do not play the same as people. When you do get to max level if you just play against bots, you will not be experienced enough and feed. Play versus actual people.
