Can you make a character in modernwarfare 2?

No you cannot but i will give detail along with the following.

You cannot make a character in ModernWarfare 2

However, You Can Get Camo As you are leveling up in ModernWarfare 2

Heres a list of camo's you can unlock:

Sniper Snow Camo Level 22

Sniper Desert Suit Level 44

Ranger Uniform Level 69

None of these have to be prestiged to unlocked.

You can (obviously) on multi-player game mode but you can only create a class if your level 4 or higher.
