Yes. While playing the family you want pause then hold ctrl shift and c. Hold shift while clicking the sim ( do this out side) there should be something thats says L or D tombstone and a tombstone will pop up. Click the tombstone and it will show difrent people you can add. But you wont get to choose their name or what they look like it will be by random. If you dont like them... i guess you can get them killed.
