If it is a PC game it will only work of Windows, but the new Macs that are coming out have Windows already installed on there. All you have to do if load Windows when you boot up. Then insert the PC disc otherwise it will not work on Mac.
If you install windows, then yes
The macbook air super-drive is basically a disk drive(like the ones you find in other mac laptops). You can use it to play dvds, cds and games.
Yes
I'm trying to buy a laptop for video editing, pic editing and lots of other things for shcool but witch is better a Toshiba laptop or MacBook air?
Macbook air
An airbook, also known as the MacBook Air, is a Macintosh notebook computer that is produced by Apple. Its video capabilities are not much different than any other computer, and it will play most video file extensions provided you have the right program installed to play the file. It does offer Thunderbolt digital video output, though.
I'd say either a Macbook original, or a Macbook Air. They are both small, and are the same price of $999. Don't go buying a Macbook Pro, that laptop is expensive and to a 12-year old, it makes no difference between a Macbook Air and Macbook Pro. Both MAcbook Air and original Macbook have high memory for games and school projects, downloads etc. Take note that the Macbook Air has no disc drive. So if he or she is into watching movies or playing CDs, choose the original Macbook. Hope this helps!
no it does not have a DVD player it is the only mac book that does not have one
Macbook Air.
No, the Macbook Air does not break easily.
The MacBook Pro cases are much larger and sturdier the the MacBook Air cases.
I do not believe so, I have an 11" Macbook Air and tried to make Applications, iPhone Apps, and Games. None of them worked for me, probably cause I have 10.8.2 instead of 10.7.5
