Well it can be done I played devil may cry 3 which require pixel shader 2.0 but my graphics card was gforce4mx 440 which only have pixel shader 1.0. With 3D analyze soft it can be done its free u can search Google for the soft link. But the main problem is the settings there are many option luckily i have found for DMC 3 game so it work, I am also searching for Black And White 2 game 3D analyze settings...why??? Its because even though I have pixel shader 1.0 graphics card but when I started to play the game my monitor screen started to waving and flickering first I thought it was refresh rate of screen but it wasn't.

That specific card does support Pixel Shader 1.1 and higher and would defiantly meet the minimum req. for Black and White 2.
You are trying to play Black and white 2 but it says you need pixel shader 1.1 do you need new graph card or can you download some update?
Pixel shader technology is hard-coded into your video card and its drivers. While it is possible to emulate pixel shader using software like 3danalyze or swiftshader, doing so only shuffles the workload over to your CPU. Unless you have a hugely powerful system, emulating pixel shader will likely result in unacceptably low performance and/or system instability. Im afraid your best option is to simply replace your video card with one which has native support for pixel shader.

I assume you want to remove a single black pixel? Since a "monochrome" bitmap has only black and white, I would just paint over it with "white". (Click on the white color icon in the color selection, then use the pen thingy to "erase" it)
