You do not get steam on the PS3 you connect to get steam with the PS3 Portal 2 Game in a game mode only see related links

-you can't. It's a PC thing.

At Steam's own site they tell you to install Steam you need Window XP Vista or 7 and the PS3 does not have windows and it also does not have Mac. It also does not have PS3 versions of the games and to quote them "Over 1,100 games are available to purchase, download, and play from any computer.
