Yes, you can. I am 100% positive. How am I so sure? Because I just did it five minutes ago. I had a Rune Spear(p++) and made some poison karambwan paste. I used it on the spear, and it switched to Rune Spear(kp) and has the pale green color. I don't believe that the two poisons stack, however. I think once you ut karambwan paste on it, it's just karambwan poisoned. The (p++) no longer exists. But again, you can put karambwan paste on a Rune Spear(p++). Glad I could help. MacCruitin
You use a normal spear (steel or better), and poison it. For this quest, you specifically have to poison it with karambwan paste, which you make during the quest (from a poison karambwan).

To stop Notepad from double spacing when pasting text, try pasting the content into a plain text editor like Notepad first to remove any formatting, then copy it from there and paste it into your desired Notepad file. Alternatively, you can use the "Paste Special" option in other text editors to paste as plain text. If you frequently encounter this issue, consider using a text editor that allows you to control formatting more effectively.
