Can you restart your MW2 online progress?

There is no way of resetting your experience on Modern Warfare 2 because your multiplayer data is stored in Infinity Ward's database. So, in other words, your level isn't stored on your system, but is stored inside the game.

in the console i believe it is for inagme console "/restart" or "/fast restart" if it isn't ingame console, you have to remove the "/" befor the command

You can't reset your stats until you are 10th prestige in MW3. The only way you can reset before 10th prestige is to set up a new Xbox Live account.
