The ATI Radeon HD 4200 is an older integrated graphics solution, and it may struggle to run modern Tomb Raider games, especially those released after 2013. While some of the earlier titles in the series might run at low settings, most recent entries will likely result in poor performance or may not run at all. For a better gaming experience, a more recent dedicated graphics card is recommended.
ATI Radeon HD 4200 satisfies minimum requirements to run Starcraft 2
Tomb Raider: Legend has relatively modest system requirements, but the ATI Radeon X1200 is considered an entry-level graphics card. While it may be able to run the game at lower settings, performance and visual quality could be significantly compromised. It's recommended to check the minimum requirements and potentially upgrade the graphics card for a better gaming experience.

They're both awful, but I think the 8200 is better.
The ati 4200 is so much better than the gma4500m. The ati 4200 is considered one of the best integrated graphics out there. But integrated graphics will never match a dedicated graphics card in it's default state.

Should run fairly well, but be warned. ATI Radeon ( or ATI cards in general) have a habit of crashing WoW at the present time, although in the past few weeks, 04/08/2010, it has been getting better.
