you cannot FLY the plane but you can get inside the plane i dont know how to you will have to find out.

right answeryou can't get into the planes either. but you can only fly a little dodo plane. its basicly like the seaplane but it has wheels. i beleive there is only a cheat for it.

You cannot steal any airplane in the game as the developers haven't given you any option to use the planes at the airport.The plane you can fly is only one,that is the sea plane.Find the sea plane at the back side of Film Studio after mission Dildo Dodo.

You cant steal jumbo jets but you can steal all types of small planes as you go through the game

There are no planes in the VC except dodo. So you cannot hijack a plane. Also you cannot practically hijack any helicopter because there is no passenger in them.

You do not need to steal helicopter until unless you are taking it from Army Base.You can helicopters around the cities.Even on you safe houses.
