No.
Pokemon Pinball Ruby and Sapphire and the game Pokemon Emerald is two diffrent kinds of games. Pokemon Emerald is a RPG game while the Pinball version of Ruby and Sapphire is more of a carnival game. It would be impossible.
You can't unless you have Pokémon Channel for the GameCube and a GC-GBA link controller. Then you can trasfer Jirachi onto your copy of Sapphire. Hope that helps, Mr. Who.
You can't. The PokéTrasfer prohibits the trasfer of items.
in the beginning choose it or trade it from someone who has already chosen it
u trasfer it from pal pak by dual slot transfer pack Pokemon red, yellow or blue.
To get any Pokemon from a previous version, you must trade it using the dual slot function of the DS. This can be done using a special park in the game with Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, Fire Red, and Leaf Green. Alternately, you can use cheats that you can find on the internet.
You have to get Pokemon Battle Revolution and defeat the stargazer colluseeum and you can trasfer them to your diamon/pearl versions using Nintendo Wi-Fi
You can't you have to have a DS the game disc and Pokemon in your box at level 50 or they will die in one hit trust me with the die in one hit i transfered mew over at level 30 and he died in one hit.
1.Put Gameboy Game(FireRed, LeafGreen, Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald only)in DS. 2.Beat the game! 3.Start and it will say Migrate from Pokemon (the game u put in the game boy slot.) 4. Migrate! 5.Go to Pal Park(the east end of the route below sandgem town.) 6. Catch!

hypertext trasfer protocol
Yes, but only with 4th Gen Games. i tried the primary games but I'm trying the Ranger Manaphy egg trasfer with the emulator. These are the games i tested and were OK to link trade, battle, etc on no$gba: *Pokémon Diamond *Pokémon Pearl *Pokémon Platinum *Pokémon HeartGold *Pokémon SoulSilver About the 3rd Gen games, no$gba can load and run them just like a nds would, but it's unable to emulate the Migrating system. If you're planning on migrating you can use a sideway that is using Pokesav 0.40c; the palpark option is only available in this version and it's only for Diamond/Pearl. yes, you can only link with ruby, sapphire, emerald, fire red, and leaf green
