Can you turn off Blood and language in Modern Warfare 3?

You cannot turn off gore, and or Language in Modern Warfare 3. There is a scene where a family of tourists are explicitly blown up by a russian bomb that sets off a chemical agent in France. You are asked if you want to skip that scene or not.

In my opinion, the game is not as bad as the ratings lead on to be. ESRB rated it for Blood and Gore. There was no gore throughout the game, just a blood splatter. They also rated it for Strong Language. There was no use of the F-bomb, nor was there use of Gods name in vein. They did however use the word S***, but it was rare. despite the rare use of language in campaign, there are no ratings for talking to people online.

It is a very fun game, and most people like it, but if you are not at a mature stage, or your parents do not approve, then it is best to not get MW3.

Yes you can turn off the swearing and blood in the options menu so that People with younger siblings or strict parents (lol) can feel more good about the game and you can do this with cod black ops as well. I also suggest halo reach the blood that it says it has is hard to see and is like weird alien blood.

Yes, go down to options in the main menu and scroll all the way down in the options menu. It is the last one and I think it says Restrict blood and gore. Click yes.
