Can you turn off the language in MW3?

We won't know for sure until the officical release. Considering they made it so you could in the first, they probably will with the second. If not, there will at least be an option to turn down the voices.

Yes, you can. Go to the options screen where you can adjust the sound and light of the game. You will see a blue switch - with Yes on the left and No on the right - that says "Turn off intense language?"

that depends which game you are playing, if you are playing call of duty world at war, and Call of Duty Black Ops, then yes, I'm not to sure about the other games though.

No and it is not Modern Warfare 4 it is Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare. The first game in the Modern Warfare series MW3 is the last game

There is no profanity filter to take out the "Adult Language" on Modern Warfare 3.

Yes, there should be an option to keep off offensive and inappropriate language in the options menu.
