Can you use Band Hero instruments on Lego Rock Band for the Wii?

, the best answer i can give you is yes, due to the companies using the same method of playing each game ( rock band, Guitar Hero Etc.)

But for optimal experience it is reccomended you use the Guitar hero drum kit due to rock band drums only having four pads, and to enjoy the game to its full extent its advisable to use guitar hero drums.

I use the Rock Band drums on all of the music based games, i only recommend you get a modded foot peddle, they break easilly.

According to the Band Hero/Guitar Hero website yes you can.

The rock Band 2 kit works with Band hero the. The Game Modifies the Orange cymbal ( which the rock band Drums set doesn't have)in the songs to work with the Rock Band set.

I didn't try it on every song, but It worked for the songs I played with it on (I played in Medium Difficulty)

There are some mixes where you can use a guitar, such as Disubia by Rihanna VS Somebody Told Me by The Killers. I know for sure the Guitars from Guitar Hero will work, but I am not sure that Band Hero instruments will work. Besides a guitar, no other instruments can be used.
