Yes
6'400 and it does not mater which version it is. hope you gain from this, to me it took 3,570 steps.
To hatch an egg, you will need to have it in your party and by walking or biking, you will gain steps. When the required steps are met, the Pokemon will hatch from the egg. If you have a Pokemon with the ability flame body, this will lower the number of steps needed for the egg to hatch
Yes, Pokémon in the Daycare will still acquire Experience even if the steps you take are on a bike, they are still counted as steps.
You gain it in Eterna City after saving the owner of the Bike Shop in the Galactic Building.
Since your Pokemon gain exp for each step you take, making your character take more steps than normal (like, ride a bike or something) will make your Pokemon level up faster.
Every time you walk, run, or use your bike you gain only 1 exp. point per step.
1thousand 5hundre and 2 other numbers i forgot, all eggs take the same amount of time to hatch, heres a tip if want it to hatch fast: go cycling up and down cycle road or whatever its name is and you'll gain steps like crazy
In Pokemon X and Y, you raise Pokemon by carrying them with you as you participate in the game (battling other Pokemon is the main way to gain XP). All the Pokemon in your party will share experience and have a chance to level up and evolve, while those left behind in your box will not, so it is a good idea to trade out Pokemon from time to time so that all of the Pokemon you want to raise have a chance to grow. Additionally, if you want to raise a Pokemon from an egg, you can leave two compatible Pokemon at the daycare, and an egg will be discovered. Each egg takes a certain number of steps to hatch, so riding your bike around will help that go more quickly.

How many steps you walk while the Pokemon are in the day care determines how many experience points they gain. For every step you walk, each Pokemon will gain 1 experience point, I think.
Elekid like most Johto pokemon are the baby form of a different pokemon in this case Elekid is the baby form of Electabuzz which is a Kanto pokemon that can be found in the Power Plant. If you breed Electabuzz you can get a Elekid egg and hatch it to gain Elekid.
You have to get the fast bike from the shop, then go back to where the mudslide was, gain some speed and you should be able to get up there.
