Can you wear a hood on runescape if you are not a member?

There are several hoods that non-members can attain and use in Runescape. One is the Grim Reaper Hood.

*note: SkillCape Hoods are not obtainable as a non-member, some skills can be trained to 99. However the hoods and SkillCapes are not accessible as F2P.

yes you can if you finished the 2009 holloween and Christmas events, which gives you the grim reaper hood and the ghost hood
